Equinox = equal night .

A time when the plane of the Earth's equator,

when projected directly at the sun,

passes through the geometric center of our sun.

We journey with our medicine drum for guidance

in this time of balance, equality, harmony

day light and night dark are equal

12 hours daylight and 12 hours darkness
